Sara Chafak (born 25 October 1990) is a Finnishbeauty pageant winner who was crowned Miss Finland 2012 and represented Finland in Miss Universe 2012.[1]

Early life[edit]
Chafak was born on 25 October 1990 in Helsinki, Finland, to a Moroccan Berber father and a Finnish mother.[2] In 2011, she was crowned the 1st runner-up in the Miss Helsinki pageant.

Miss Finland 2012[edit]
Chafak was crowned Miss Suomi 2012 (Miss Finland 2012) by outgoing beauty queen Sara Sieppi at the Vanajanlinna Castle in Hämeenlinna in southern Finland on 29 January 2012.[3]
Miss Universe 2012[edit]
Chafak participated in the 61st edition of the Miss Universe pageant. She competed to succeed outgoing titleholder Leila Lopes from Angola.
Other[edit]
In autumn 2013 Chafak participated in the Finnish version of Dancing on Ice where ten celebrities (Sauli Koskinen among others) learned to ice skate with a professional partner. She was partnered with ice dancer Sasha Palomäki and they placed third in the final standings.[4]
In July 2014 Chafak made her debut as a rap artist on a JVG music video.[5]
In late 2014, Chafak made a big splash in the poker world for the first time, bluffing professional poker pro Ronnie Bardah on the PokerStars-produced show Shark Cage. The clip went viral and Chafak has been 'in the poker scene' ever since.[6]

Discover Jennifer Shahade's Chess Roulette
Back in October, PokerStars Mind Sports Ambassador and Chess Master Jennifer Shahade challenged some brave players in a number of chess games during the last United Kingdom and Ireland Poker Tour (UKIPT) event held on the Isle of Man.
In a post titled Jen Shahade Putting a New Spin on a Classic Game explains on the PokerStars Blog, the players at the event had also the opportunity to discover 'Chess Roulette,' a game created by Shahade with artist and curator Larry List to give normal people a tiny chance to beat her.
In Chess Roulette 'each player in the 'simul' (simultaneous games, played against a dozen or so players at once) would have one 'power up'. At any point in the game, they could spin a wheel, marked with different chess pieces, in a bid to tilt things in their favor. The piece the wheel landed on would be the piece Shahade would have to move next,' the post explains.

Sara Chafak Knows How To Bluff
This week, the Full Tilt Blog brings back one of the most discussed bluffs poker has ever seen, which took place on the PokerStars TV show Shark Cage.
Former Miss Finland Sara Chafak engages in a nerve-breaking battle with poker pro Ronnie Bardah and manages to get him to fold the winning hand.
